Pre Audition Meeting

Join this shows Director, Randall Cuts and AMT Board Members as we discuss how a production at Alamogordo Music Theatre runs, audition requirements, and what we look for in casting our productions. This is an excellent opportunity to ask any questions you may have regarding the audition or production process and to learn about off stage roles available as well!

The Pre Audition Meeting will be held on Monday, April 22 from 6-7pm at The Flickinger Center for Performing Arts. Please arrive early so we can begin promptly at 6pm.

Audition Information

All Auditions will be held on Tuesday April 30th and Thursday May 2 from 6:00-8:00p at the Flickinger Center for Performing Arts.

Auditions are by appointment only, please call the Casting Coordinator at 575.489.7313 for an audition time or register below. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your time slot to check in and submit your AUDITION FORM.

Performers should prepare a song selection that showcases their abilities. The cut should be 60-90 seconds  (approximately 16-32 bars). Please bring music without lyrics.  Accompaniment will NOT be provided.  No acappela singing will be allowed.

Rehearsals

First Rehearsal  - Monday May 13, 2019

Rehearsals will be held Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30pm

Rehearsals will be held at  Chaparral Middle School

Tech Week

Saturday July 27 - Move into the Flickinger    9am - 12pm

Sunday July 28 - Double Run Through    12pm-6pm

Monday July 29 - Thursday August 1    5-10pm
